Here I share about the fourth of the 6 Energetic Influencers in the various EpiEnergetics® applications …
YOUR OPTIMIZER.
Each of my EpiEnergetics methods consider and address a fuller expression of these organizing wisdoms. Below is a list of some of these methods and how the Energetic Influencers are impacted and enlivened.
The Optimizer transforms the spine and central nervous system for conscious choice, multiple perspectives, optimization and transformation. Resolution of defensive embodied body-mind strategies occur as the sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous system releases its control of one’s sense of self or identity.
Spinal entrainment contacts are most often applied with the practice member on his/her back, directing the Network wave along the spinal cord. It is proposed to destabilize muscular and postural strategies that sustain a rigid sense of self or identity. This promotes greater flexibility of spine/body/mind. The Upper Mental Energetic Intelligence engages the cerebral cortex for higher levels of integration of information. This upgrades the human OS increasing energy efficiency and more refined and elegant adaptive responses of the body, mind and spine ensue.
When on the back, contacts are applied to the upper chest near the shoulders to link the vibrational communication of the heart with the spine and central nervous system. Also, novel contacts are made to the top of the feet, serving like “joy sticks” to refine the movement of the Spinal Gateways and specifically engage the Optimizer. Spinal contacts are made where the sympathetic fight or flight nerves exit the spine in order to transcend excessive defensive patterns. This helps engage and integrate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps one to chill out, become more aware and connect to others. This paves the way to better digestion, greater peace, awareness of subtle cues, enhanced immune function, and access to spiritual states and improved collaboration with others.
Spinal Entrainment contacts/adjustments are made considering the greater coordinated motion of the spinal gateways, greater bandwidth of information processed, and enhanced sensitivity. With barely a touch, the figure 8 motion at the spine that is characteristic of the Optimizer is engaged and furthered.
Further contacts/adjustments engage a breathing wave which brings the entire body/mind system and spine into a higher level of integrated stability, often completing the session.
12 Stages of Healing
The Optimizer is influenced through Stage 5 (moving through the illusions), Stage 6 (preparation for resolution) and Stage 7 (resolution).
The Optimizer is fueled by a merging through conditioned roles and rules, and merging from content to context. The Optimizer is accessed by holding more than one perspective at a time while seeking to understand a bigger purpose while knowing one’s objective, with the tenacity of do whatever it takes. The momentum of Stage 6 leads into Stage 7 with the resolution of having to be someone and defend that one is a somebody. As Stage 7 completes the hunger to maintain and protect the dominance of the thinking mind as the narrator of one’s experience and reality is replaced by a new experience of beingness.
The conscious integration of breath, energy and motion for each of these stages with the awareness of the body (SRI) or the field for humanity (EpiIntgrate™ ), provides for the experience of the consciousness of transformation, and optimization for a more flexible and expanded sense of oneself or helps humanity to express the memes of these stages.
EpiExchange™ (EpiX)
The Optimizer is energized by the development and conscious awareness of the Upper Third Energetic House occurring at Donny Epstein’s EpiExchange Experiences such as AWE and ULTIMATUM. This provides free and instantly available energy to fulfill the needs of the Upper Mental Energetic Intelligence. Fueled by free energy, there is greater ability for the cerebral cortex help organize the experience of understanding more complex ideas, determine and achieve purposeful outcomes, and fortify one’s identity and expanding sense of self. Thoughts dissolve into experiencing the energies of creation at the doorway between achieving and being. Energy rich synergy and cooperation engages others and the field for spontaneous manifestation.

The Optimizer is fueled with a person’s conscious awareness of its position in the energy grid around the body that’s achieved through AlchemE practice. Knowing and transforming the grid location of the Optimizer, the season of transform and choosing more for a bigger purpose are classical in fueling the Upper mental Energetic Intelligence. The Optimizer allows for holding multiple perspectives, choosing one’s energy state, redefining one’s roles and reorganization of one’s energy grid. This optimizes the relationship between focused attention, one’s energy state and the modeling of change that is required for the world.
