Jennifer shares about her interactive experience…

Just checking in here to feel the love and support of this community and to thank Donny Epstein for the tremendous session on Saturday. I have been flying high and with so much peace and grace these last many days. I had a moment of intense, fast downward (inward, caged) spiral a few days ago and called on our session (thank goodness it was recorded!) to help me remember that I am not alone, this is not personal, that I am free. I have been waving my arms around, communing and bowing deeply to the sun and the cosmos. I am free! I am alive! There have been moments of energy movement, something like laughing and crying at the same time, that feel exquisite to allow to move. I have been taking my big jumbo jet (out of taxi) onto the trampoline with my little one, rollerskating through the streets, swimming in the river, receiving blessings from the waters, laughing and dancing! DANCING! I wondered where my desire to dance went. It’s here! It’s been here all along and just all cobwebbed up. I’m dancing again! And even sitting, quiet sitting, feels like such exquisite liberation. Thank you. I look forward to your new program, 12 Stages In 12 Weeks, and can’t wait for it to begin.
