A hands-on continuation of the Awaken Care Experience designed especially for the clinical preparation of practitioners that involves the supervised practical application of the studied series of the Season of Awaken.

Open to Chiropractors and Chiropractic students who have completed the Awaken Care Practicum after 2018.

Attend a Transform Care Practicum the same weekend on Saturday, November 19!  Option is available when you enroll for the Awaken Care Practicum
